Swamp Tours with Hayes

May 21, 2016

We went on the swamp tours again with our neighbors the Hayes before they moved to Colorado.

The kids playing with the alligator out front while we waited to board the boat.

Everyone had to pose on their own.

Then the alligator tried to eat Curt.

I think he got a big bruise!
It made for a picture though.

Nathan with a little wind in his hair!

These guys were floating down the river.  It looks like a fun fishing trip.

Some other pictures of the trip.

We saw more gators this trip, but they didn't perform as well this time.

This duck has her nest in a tree.

It's hard to see but there is a big nasty spider on the tree.

Josh was more interested in eating than looking for animals.

This squirrel was eating the marshmallows like they were going out of style!

Monster tree.

Turtle on a log.  The swamp area is so pretty.  I wouldn't want to swim here, but it is quite lovely!

2016 Graduation

The last week of school we had a lot of reward and graduation celebrations!

Eliza's teacher made them a super cute photo booth.  Mrs. Walker is the best!

We are so proud of your hard work Eliza.  We love you the most!

Nathan thought the whole thing took too long!

5th Grade Graduation

Our friend Josh J.

Bradley and Mrs. Moran

They had cake for the kids and their families after wards.

We gave Bradley a year book to help him remember his years at Jeff Davis.

This picture is pretty typical.   Mrs. Moran was a great teacher!

Bradley with Mrs. McDill, his CREATE teacher.

Josh moved a few weeks after school got out.  We really miss his family!

Next up...Daniel!

Mary and Cori, friends from church.

Daniel with Carter and Richard.

Daniel has made a lot of progress this year.  We are super proud of all his hard work too.
