Bradley swinging in Grandma's backyard.
Daniel riding Eclipse.
Grandma keeps this pony so that her citified grand kids can have a country experience.
The boys loved it!
Bradley was the first to ride faster than a walk. He thought it was awesome!
Eliza wouldn't ride alone, so Bradley was good enough to ride a long.
Eliza has decided that swings are a great pass time!
With all the activities we participated in caused some exhaustion. This is how I found Daniel after lunch one day. Poor guy just passed out.
After nap time we tried out Grandma's Wii. This is a bird flapping game.
It was pretty entertaining to watch the kids flap their "wings".
Aunt Darcy was pretty good as well. She may or may not have beat me at every game we played.
After dinner we got the pony cart out. Grandpa took the kids on a wild ride. They really enjoyed it!
Daniel, Bradley, Kaylee, Eliza and Grant
"The pony cart ride was awesome!"
Bradley and Abby
Daniel and Abby
Abby kept running around the pony and cart making the pony upset. She started running which resulted in a wild ride which the kids loved! We had to tie Abby up to keep her from running after the cart.
A friend from high school, Camille, came for dinner. I haven't seen her for years. She brought her younger brother Grant and her man friend Mike.
Angela, Aunt Darc and Bradley
Eliza decided that if everyone else is big enough to swing one this swing, then she is too!
My parents have a couple of gooseberry bushes out back. Growing up we always ate them when they were green and very sour! I didn't know for a long time that ripe gooseberries are actually red and sweet. So we had to have a gooseberry competition. Everyone eats a couple gooseberries and you pick the best face!
Apparently Mike likes sour things.
I couldn't decide which of Darcy's faces was my favorite....
Camille's gooseberry face.
Grant may have had the very best face!
We also got out the bull whip. Darcy wasn't hardly rusty at all.
Mike just needed to warm up a little, and then he got some pretty good cracks in. I am happy to say that no one was injured too greatly while participating in cracking the whip. There may or may not have been a few welts though. :)
The kids loved jumping on the trampoline. Eliza loves to bounce, but get a little scared it there are too many kids on the trampoline.
Bradley wanted to get in on the pictures too.
Grandma, Kaylee and Eliza watering the Four O'clocks.
It was so nice to be able to sit out in the cool breeze and visit. I miss how it always cools down at night back home.
The kids turned on the water hydrant. Eliza loved getting a drink on her own, even though she did get soaked!
Aunt Shellie doing a front flip. I don't think I could do one anymore without breaking my neck.
Andrea cracking the whip.

On Wednesday we went to visit my Grandma M. Brenda meet us there for lunch. We had a great time and the kids did really well playing together.
Eliza showing Baby Haylie a lion.
Daniel and Baby Haylie
Aunt Andrea attempting to get some rest. It didn't work to well for her since there were 10 kids ages ranging from 3 months to 9 years there part of the time.
Darcy thought she could eat a fruit snack all by herself. Silly Aunt Darcy! No one gets anything to themselves when Eliza is around.
Grandma grabbing a couple of chips before the chip monsters were turned loose with the bag.
Poor Eliza got plum tuckered out!
Our last day in Utah we stopped to visit Aunt Bethany at the barn where she works. The kids loved her bosses puppy Tink.
Eliza and Aunt Beth petting Tink.
This is one of Aunt Beth's mini ponies and her baby.
She is so cute!
We had so much fun visiting with family and seeing some friends again. We are also very gratefully for the circumstances that brought all of us to Utah. Congrats again Aunt Katie and Uncle Tyler! WE are so happy to have you in our family!!
