After our trip to the zoo Dad and Grandpa helped plant some new trees on the west side of the house where the big oak tree use to be. It was a beautiful sunset.
Grandma showing them where to put the tree.
The kids had been waiting all week to shoot the marshmallow guns and since it was their last night we broke them out.
Daniel getting ready to shoot me.
Bradley thought it was funny that the dogs would eat the marshmallows we shot, so he skipped that part and fed them. They can catch marshmallows in mid air. Chester wasn't as excited since they were smaller than tennis balls. Blitz loved them though.
Sliding the tree into the whole.
Andy holding the tree while Grandpa filled in the dirt.
We had so much fun in Texas and the kids were very sad to leave. They still talk about all the fun things we did. We always love going to see Grandma and Grandpa!

I am loving the marshmallow guns, especially skipping them to just feed the dogs.
Andy sure looks like a pro tree planter!
