Pinewood Derby

Pine Wood Derby

This was my first pinewood derby as a cub master.  We combined with another pack.  Our den leaders were awesome and ran all the stations and racing.  Then helped clean up afterward.  I am so grateful for such great leaders!

These are the trophies I made for the derby.

These are for the 3 fastest cars at the derby.

These are for the fastest in each den not including the 3 fastest.
I think they turned out rather well. :)
Decorations and food...

The road signs were part decoration and part of a scavenger hunt.
The boys did great on their cars!

One of the leaders brought this hot wheels track to help keep the younger kids busy before and during the racing.

Getting ready to race!

Evyn and Benji getting their cars altered and then weighed in.

A closer look at some of the cars.

Bradley had the second fastest car!
It was a great pinewood derby!
