Nathan has been "borrowing" our neighbor's balance bike for several weeks. He was getting the hang of it and then he got one for Christmas. After a couple days on his new bike he was zipping around as fast as his little legs would take him. Then he would pull his feet up and coast for several feet. I couldn't believe how quickly he got his balance. He has turned into a bit of a maniac though.
Nathan, the cute maniac.

There is a small grassy hill across from our house. The boys love to ride their bikes on it. This last week Nathan decided he was big enough to join them.
I watched him from the house go down the hill a couple times just waiting for him to crash. He never did, so I grabbed the camera and walked over.
He had a huge smile on his face the whole time. He would laugh or do a war cry every time he went down. He could spend hours over there!
Daniel and his new bike.
Eliza joined the boys. She didn't want to be left out of the fun.
He has to walk his bike up the hill, but then he swings his little leg over the seat and heads off again!

It's surreal to see the little guy with a vehicle, and already indulging in grand theft bicycle.
Haha, I am not surprised he's a dare-devil! Good luck with that one... ;)
Haha, it may be lucky that we ding live close enough for him to teach Luke ;) funny boy. I love the war cry
