Friday we decided to catch a few of the rides in Disney Land that we didn't get to do the day before. First we did the Nemo Submarine ride. We still had to wait in a line, but not too long. Daniel thought it was fun to trade hats with Dad.

There were several subs going at once and we all really enjoyed the ride.

Next we did the cars. Bradley and Daniel were excited to get to drive. Andy and I had to run the pedals for them, but they stirred most the time.

Bradley checking to see if Daddy and Daniel were coming.

We had to stop jut be fore unloading so we posed for a picture.

Daniel thought we was so big getting to sit behind the stirring wheel!

We also did the "It's a small world" ride. There was a little train that kept going past and the boys loved to wave to them. (We rode this train the day before.) Bradley and Daniel also loved the animals made from bushes. Andy and I appreciated them too. Here are some of our favorites.

Looney Toons Land....

I love how bright and animated all the buildings were here. It was just like being in a cartoon! This is outside the Roger Rabbit ride. We sat in the shade, had a snack and watched the water fountain before going on the ride.

As we left Disney Land to go to California Adventure we saw this barber shop quartet. They were really good. we didn't get a picture of it, but they started dancing with the cute little old lady one at a time and then all at once. It was super cute!

Here we are on Donald Ducks boat. The boys loved to drive! I had to hold on to the wheel so that Bradley didn't knock out Daniels teeth!

When we got to California Adventure we were lucky enough to find that Lightning McQueen and Mater had a short line for pictures. It was so hot and the boys couldn't wait to get close to them. (It was really lucky the line was short!!!)

Over it the "Bugs Life Land" they had some water fountain play grounds. We stopped and let he boys play after lunch. We had gone on a few rides, but it was so hot that we were all getting cranky! Playing in the water was just what we needed to help us make it through the last couple rides before going back to the hotel to rest before the fireworks that night.

Daniel loved this little fountain. He isn't quite as wild as Bradley.

Bradley and Daniel both loved this play ground. It was randomly shooting water out of the grates. They kids kept running around trying to get in the water. It was really fun to watch.

Daniel was inspecting this grate when the water came out. He loved it!!

Then he decided he needed a drink, but the water was gone.

After the water playgrounds we headed to the Tuck and Roll bumper cars. Daniel was just slightly too short so they wouldn't let him ride. He was so sad that Bradley and Daddy got to go. Bradley had lots of fun though. I think this kid lives to bump into people!!

We also did Heimlich's Chew Chew train. That was fun and Daniel got to ride.
Back to the Hotel...
We got a great deal staying at the Howard Johnson. This is the view from our second story window. The boys were sad that we never went swimming in the garden pool, but we did go to their water park twice on Saturday.

After resting at the hotel we went back to Disney Land to watch the fireworks. It was pretty cool. Tinker Bell was flying right behind the castle with fireworks going off all around her. You would have to be pretty brave to try that!!
Saturday.....
Saturday Andy had to make his appearance at the California Dental Convention, since that is why we were in Anaheim. The boys and I went to the water park at the hotel while he was gone and then we all went to dinner with the other AEGD residents.

Rob, Kel-lee, Xander, Mom Bradley, Dad & Daniel.
Kel-lee went to dental school in San Antonio with Andy. Rob stays home to take care of Xander. He is huge now. Xander used to come over once a week for a couple hours to play so that Rob could have a break and get some things done. They boys were happy to see him again.
The Hotel Water Park...

This is Bradley with "his girls". These girls were with their mom having a girls weekend while their dad and brothers were at a fathers and sons camp out. Bradley loved them immediately! He followed them around and they thought he was so cute!!

Daniel loved this pool! He didn't try any thing else out...once he got in he was there to stay!
The pool sloped in to the water like the beach and only got a foot deep. It was perfect for him.

Bradley had fun trying to make the water fountains shoot up really high.

He also enjoyed the water slides!

The big bucket on this pirate ship would ring a bell and then dump all the water out. There was a lot of water that would come crashing down and it was pretty cold. When ever Bradley heard that bell he would run as fast as he could for the little pool that Daniel was in!

These last pictures are actually from later in the day after dinner. We went back with our Dad to play in the water. It was starting to cool off so the boys got cold faster, but they still had fun.

Daniel running from "The Monster Coming!"

These are my cute little alligators!

Bradley also loved this water slide.

This is Andy and Bradley racing down the water slide. I caught the splash perfectly. You just can't see them very well. We thought it turned out pretty cool.

Sunday after our Temple excursion...

After spending three days running a playing we were all pretty tired and spent most of sunday trying to relax.

Here we are talking on the phone to our Grandma. Shortly after this phone call there was an earth quake. We heard the toilet seat lid fall down and then the bed started to shake. I thought it was the boys messing around, but Andy saw the curtains shaking and didn't think it was the boys. Andy jumped up off the bed and felt the last of the shake. He said, "we just had an earth quake!" I didn't believe him until he turned on the TV to a local station and they were talking about the earth quake. It was centered about 25-30 miles away and it was a 4.7! I couldn't believe that I was in an earth quake and didn't realize it until it was over!!!
Later we went to the parking lot to watch the fireworks. We actually saw them better from the parking lot of our hotel than we did when we went to the park! It was a great way to end out fun family vacation!
Monday morning...
After we checked out we went to Denny's for breakfast before heading for home. The boys thought it was great fun and loved their alien pancakes.
