I have enjoyed our bird feeder out back. This year it seems we have had more cardinals visit than in the past. Cardinals remind me of my Grandma Marvin. I always smile when I see them.
This is a Rufous Sided Towhee
Even though the squirrels are cute they are a nuisance. They keep destroying my feeder!
Eliza went over to visit with Margaret and tell her about our morning. It was such a sweet scene and I wanted to get a picture to remind us. As soon as I went outside they looked over. I told them to keep talking so I could get a picture. Eliza thought it was so silly to pretend.
