Cinco De Mayo Preschool Party

May 5, 2015

We had a Cinco De Mayo party for preschool.  The girls made confetti eggs and maracas.

Delaney and Eliza working on their confetti eggs.

Carmen

Abby cutting up pieces of paper to put in their eggs.

Cohen was good to just sit and eat his breakfast.  He is such a chill kid.

Poor Luke wasn't feeling the best so he stuck right with his mom.

Eliza is ready for some glitter!

Delaney adding a little glue.

The girls played a little while we got ready for the next craft.

Carmen finishing up her egg.

Abby and her mom, Kim, finishing up.

The girls made these shirts at preschool a couple weeks ago for Earth Day.

Nathan had to jump in when he saw we were getting pictures.

Then the girls tried some props for some fun pictures.
Delaney

I thought this one was fun because it captures a picture of a picture being taken. :)

I love the mustaches!

Eliza added a sombrero to her picture.

Nathan couldn't be left out of the action.

Nathan changing things up a little.

He played pretty well while the girls worked on their last craft.

Maracas!

Delaney and Eliza shaking their maracas.

Rachel getting a little help from Miss Heather.

Sarah and Bailey working on their maracas.
They also sang a couple songs and had a snack.  Then we finished off the celebration with a pinata!

Delaney was the first to try.

Bailey was next...

Rachel...

Nathan was super excited to have a chance.

We went through all the kids twice and then decided to let the moms have a crack at it.

Miss Caitlin

Miss Kim finished off the pinata!
It was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great group of women and girls to do preschool with!  Thanks ladies!!
