April 17-18, 2015
Since it had been raining most of the week the father and sons camp out got cancelled.
The boys were really sad about it, so Andy organized an impromptu get together with some of the ward. They had a pretty good turn out. Andy and the boys setting up the tent.
Bro. Allen and his boys brought the fire pit. They were the first ones to arrive.
Bradley was all too excited to help set up the fire pit.
The ate hot dogs, chips, cookies, pop, marshmallows and chocolate!
Someone brought a couple tricycles that the kids loved!
There were also lots of fun games.
Andy and the boys were the only ones to sleep out in a tent. It rained a little on them that night. They didn't stake the rain flaps out, so they had a few little puddles in the tent by morning. :)
Eliza was sad that the boys wouldn't let her go out back with them. Fortunately for us Aunt Janna, Abby and Ammon arrived. They made the long trip for Daniel's baptism the next day.
Saturday morning while the boys and Dad went to have breakfast at the stake center with the other fathers and sons we had a girl party.
Eliza and Abby made cupcakes with the play dough. This was their oven.
They had some really cool cupcakes.
Abby and Eliza the bakers.
Grandma, Grandpa Shirley and Aunt Vickie arrived a little after noon on Saturday.
Everyone was so busy visiting and getting ready for lunch that we didn't notice that Nathan had disappeared. When he came into the kitchen with something slimy on his hands. I smelled them and they smelt like Vicks. He also had some pink streaks on his face. I knew that wasn't good so I went to investigate. This is what I found...
He had gone through all of Janna's make-up, lotion and Abby's body spray.
He had painted the books with lotion and the Vicks.
There was also lotion on the carpet. He had dumped the body spray out and used the blush brushes to "paint" with the body spray.
He tried all her mascaras and lip sticks.
The Vicks was empty! It took three adults about 15 minutes to clean up his mess. Poor Aunt Janna is going to have to replace most of her make-up. :( One day this will be funny that is why I documented it.

One day it will be funny. . . I'll have to remember that for my kids. Those muffin baker girls did so great!
