A Tooth, A Snake and the Special Wendy's

Bradley lost two teeth recently.  He played with them until they were pretty loose.  Then he came to show us how loose it was.  Andy and I tried to talk him into letting us pull it, but he didn't want us to.  Andy finally talked him into pulling it himself.  He tied some dental floss around it and had Bradley yank on it until it came out.

Bradley holding his tooth.  He was pretty surprised when it came out!

Daniel got this cup from his teacher.  He really wanted a picture with it because it is so cool!

This video is of Bradley pulling his own tooth.  I love the look on his face when he realizes he has pulled the tooth out!

Bradley pulled the second one a few days later.  He was very excited, but we didn't get a video of it.

THE NEXT SECTION IS NOT APPROVED BY OUR DAD!
On June 10th I was weeding our garden to get it ready for the summer before we headed to Utah.  While I was weeding around all the volunteer tomatoes and putting cages around them I discovered two small garter snakes.  I thought the kids would enjoy seeing them, so I went up to the door to show them.  They were super excited and wanted to hold them.

Daniel with the smallest one.  I only let the kids hold the smallest one.

Eliza with the "yittle" snake!  She felt very big because she got to hold the snake.

Since it was our last night before flying out most of the summer we decided to go out to eat with some friends.  We went to Chick-Fil-A, other wise known as "the special Wendy's."

Nathan trying a french fry.  He hit his eye at church the day before.  He had a little help "falling" off the bench.  His eye was bruised for a good week.

Nathan loves to smile and flirt with people.  He was keeping us entertained.

Silly kids!

After dinner we headed home to finish packing and get into bed.  The kids were finishing their movie and Eliza wasn't tired!  Can you tell?
